kpartsplugin software package provides Netscape-compatible plugin to embed KDE file-viewers into browser, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kpartsplugin
kpartsplugin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kpartsplugin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kpartsplugin *
You will get with kpartsplugin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
